NouHätä has established its place as part of the school year for eight graders. The campaign has the ambitious goal of reaching every single eighth-grader in Finland. Staff members of rescue departments participating in the campaign are essential to achieving this goal.

Last year, six rescue departments reached 100% of secondary schools in their area. These departments were

• Eastern Uusimaa rescue department
• South Karelia rescue department
• Kymenlaakso rescue department
• North Karelia rescue department
• Central Ostrobothnia rescue department
• Kainuu rescue department

The representatives of departments accepted the awards at the annual rescue convention in Helsinki on 28 August 2024. A warm thank you to the awarded departments as well as all other rescue departments and schools that participated in the campaign and their staff. The campaign is effective thanks to your efforts.
